Elite System Update as of February 14, 2026

• Teller Cancel Payment: All payments can now be cancelled under Cancel Payment module.
• Application Promos: New promo process update to accomodate Tubig Para sa Kabuhayan Program.
• CSR > Customers > Account Details: Tin Number is now editable.
• Reports > CSR > Customer Master List: Added suffix on customer name.
• Minor features that were requested by users have been added.

• Minor bugs that were reported by users have been fixed.

All of the modules/tabs are functionally working. If some module doesn't work properly, please contact the Central IT Division for assistance.
